Pioneer Trail II Underground District

Project Summary

The Pioneer Trail Phase II Underground District Project is a project to replace approximately 1.2 miles of existing overhead utility lines along Pioneer Trail between Golden Bear Trail and Black Bart Avenue. The new electric, cable, and telephone lines will be located in underground conduit and vaults along Pioneer Trail. The project is made possible through the Rule 20.A utility program.
