California's Department of Pesticide Regulations (DPR) has recently released proposed regulations regarding pesticide applications by production agricultural operations within a quarter (1/4) mile of K-12 schools and child day-care facilities in California. These proposed regulations only affect agricultural production operations. Homeowners who grow crops for personal use, maintenance gardener businesses, and structural pest control businesses will not be affected.
