Want to apply for a Federal job with the US Forest Service?
El Dorado County Connections - One Stop is hosting two free employer presentations
with the US Forest Service. The first presentation will specifically focus on how
to complete a Federal resume and navigate the application process, and will be
held on Monday, January 9, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the County Child
Support Services building (Carlton meeting room) at 3883 Ponderosa Road in Shingle
Springs. The second presentation will discuss current job openings with the US
Forest Service, including seasonal positions, the application process and exams.
This second presentation will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017, from 9:00
a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Child Support Services building in Shingle Springs.
Individuals may attend one or both of the presentations.
During both presentations,
representatives from the US Forest Service will share information about their
organization and job opportunities. The events will also provide an opportunity
to speak to recruiters directly and ask questions. Participants of the events
should bring their resumes. The US Forest
Service is located in Placerville, California, with positions available throughout

The employer presentations
are offered as a community service through Connections - One Stop. Connections
