The annual flu vaccine helps prevent the spread of influenza. If you are high risk for flu complications and think you have symptoms of flu, contact your health care provider right away to evaluate whether medications can help you. 


Residents are advised that flu vaccination clinic dates and times are subject to change as 
County officials monitor the Mosquito Fire.


West Slope Community Flu Clinic Dates and Locations for 2022 (Flyer):

  • October 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Pollock Pines Community Church, 6361 Pony Express Trail, in the Evergreen Room, Pollock Pines

  • October 22, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Divide Wellness Center, 6065 Highway 193, Georgetown

About Flu Vaccine through El Dorado County Public Health
  • NO COST
  • Must be six months of age or older to receive flu vaccine.
  • People severely allergic to eggs or with certain medical conditions, should not receive the vaccine.  Talk to your doctor if you are unsure whether you should receive the flu vaccine.
