process, trend, and innovate. Data available at a variety of geographic levels,
County Health Status Profiles: Contains county data for selected health indicators as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS). Data files contain morbidity, mortality, breastfeeding, and census data.

Disadvantage Index, Public Health Alliance of Southern California: The Health Disadvantage Index (HDI)
includes diverse non-medical economic, social, political and environmental
factors that influence physical and cognitive function, behavior and disease.
Indicator data used for HDI comes from publicly available sources and is
produced at the census tract level.
