Non-Citizen Cash Aid Services

(Refugees; Asylees; Cuban/Haitian Entrants; certain Humanitarian Parolees; Special Immigrant Visa Holders; Amerasians; and Noncitizen Victims of Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and Other Serious Crimes populations.)

Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI)

CAPI is a 100 percent state-funded program, which provides monthly cash benefits to aged, blind, and disabled non-citizens who are ineligible for the Social Security Income/State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP) program solely due to their immigration status

Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) 

The Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) program is federally funded through the ORR and provides cash assistance to qualified Refugees, including Asylees, Cubans/Haitians, Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders, certain Humanitarian Parolees, Amerasians, and Certified Victims of Trafficking.

Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) 

The Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) is a state-funded program that provides eligible noncitizen victims of a severe form of human trafficking, domestic violence, or other serious crime, with services such as cash assistance, food benefits, employment, and social services.
