Vote Before Election Day

To vote early, up to 29 days before an election, you can request a vote by mail ballot by phone, email, fax, or by mail (see our contact page).  An application form is provided for email, fax, and mail requests.  To request to be a permanent vote by mail voter, the application form is required (over the phone requests are not accepted).
