Cooperative Extension (UCCE) invites adults interested in helping others learn
about safe home food preservation to apply to train as a Master Food Preserver
volunteer. UCCE Master Food Preserver
volunteers learn research-based information and then share that knowledge with
our community of El Dorado County through public classes, community events, and
newsletters.

Must be a resident of El Dorado County and available for 12 training sessions on Saturdays (9:00‐2:00): February 27—May 21, 2016 (no class on March 26).
