El Dorado County’s Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) is a public agency that partners with the community on health and welfare issues. HHSA is made up of four divisions: social services, mental health, public health and community services. HHSA strives to help residents stay healthy and to attain and maintain self-sufficiency through a variety of health and human services.

If you are 60 years of age and older, you are welcome to enjoy a meal in the company of other older adults. Congregate dining centers are located throughout the County. Lunch is served from
