COUNTY POSTPONES UPCOMING VEGETATION MANAGEMENT MEETING

(PLACERVILLE, CA) – Due to the expected continuation of the current winter storm, the County is postponing the second of its three public meetings scheduled for Tuesday, February 5^th.  It will be rescheduled at a later date.

BACKGROUND: The County scheduled three public meetings to discuss efforts that can be taken to increase fire safety throughout the County. The first was held January 31^st; the second was scheduled for February 5^th and is being postponed to a yet-to-be-determined date; the third is scheduled for 6:00 pm Thursday, February 7^th at Golden Sierra High School's gym.
