Mitigation Fee Reports
The Mitigation Fee Act (Cal. Gov. Code 66006) requires that the following information be made available to the public annually for each account in which mitigation fees have been collected. The first document contains a brief description of each fee and the amount of the fee (Cal. Gov. Code 66006 (b)(1)(A) and (B)).
The second set of documents includes the specific financial information for the fee accounts for each district (Cal. Gov. Code 66006 (b)(1)(C) through (H)).
